Learn moreHow Restaurant Review Works
Before a restaurant goes live on Fufu Planet, we review your application for business identity, location accuracy, contact details, documents, online presence, menu readiness, payout setup, and platform safety. If something is missing or unclear, we usually send your application back as Needs Correction before making a final rejection.
Application Review Statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending Review | You submitted your application and our team has not finished reviewing it yet. |
| Needs Correction | Your application is incomplete or needs updates before approval can continue. |
| Rejected | Your application cannot be approved based on the current submission. |
| Approved — Pending Setup | You passed basic review, but still need to finish menu, payment, or delivery setup. |
| Approved — Live Ready | Your restaurant is approved and ready to go live on Fufu Planet. |
| Suspended — Under Review | Your restaurant was previously approved but is currently under re-review. |
What To Do After You Receive Review Reasons
- Open the review email and note each code, such as 1.04 or 6.01.
- Visit the Review Reason Codes page to read what each code means.
- Sign in to your Fufu Planet vendor account and fix the requested items in Settings, Menu, or Payment Information.
- If you need help, contact our team through Contact Us or in-app Support after signing in.
Review Policy Principles
- We use standardized review codes so you know exactly what is missing or needs clarification.
- When possible, we request corrections before rejecting an application.
- Small vendors and home kitchens may be able to submit alternative documents depending on region.
- A restaurant should not go live until business details, at least one complete meal, fulfillment method, and payout setup are ready.
