2. About Fufu Planet

Fufu Planet is a food discovery and ordering platform designed to help users find African restaurants, food vendors, menus, dishes, and meals near them. Our platform may allow users to browse restaurants, view menu items, place orders, make payments, contact support, leave feedback, and manage their accounts.

Fufu Planet may act as a technology platform connecting customers with independent restaurants, vendors, delivery providers, payment processors, and other third-party service providers. Restaurants and vendors are responsible for preparing, packaging, pricing, and providing the food or items they list.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough under the laws of your location to use online services, create an account, place orders, and make purchases. By using Fufu Planet, you confirm that you are legally allowed to use the service and agree to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating your account.

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You should notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users, restaurants, vendors, or Fufu Planet.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Fufu Planet only for lawful, respectful, and intended purposes. You may not:

• Use the platform for fraud, scams, or illegal activity.
• Submit false, misleading, abusive, hateful, or harmful content.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the app or website.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or private information.
• Misuse restaurant, vendor, payment, delivery, or support systems.
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse platform data without permission.

6. Restaurant and Vendor Listings

Fufu Planet may display restaurant names, vendor names, menus, food images, prices, descriptions, availability, ratings, and other listing information. While we aim to keep information accurate and useful, restaurant and vendor details may change.

Restaurants and vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, food preparation, ingredients, pricing, availability, packaging, and compliance with applicable food safety and business requirements.

8. Payments, Fees, and Pricing

Prices, taxes, fees, delivery charges, service charges, and other amounts may be shown before checkout where applicable. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Fufu Planet does not control all payment processing decisions and may not store full card or bank payment details on its own servers.

We may correct pricing errors, cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes, or update pricing and fees at any time.

9. Cancellations, Refunds, and Order Issues

Refunds, credits, cancellations, or adjustments may be handled based on the status of the order, restaurant preparation, delivery status, payment provider rules, and the nature of the issue.

• Orders may not be cancelable after a restaurant or vendor has started preparing them.
• Refunds are not guaranteed for issues caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable customers, wrong order details entered by the user, or late cancellation requests.
• If you experience a problem with an order, you should contact support as soon as possible.
• Fufu Planet may review order details before approving refunds, credits, or adjustments.

11. Reviews, Ratings, and Feedback

Fufu Planet may allow users to submit ratings, reviews, comments, feedback, or support messages. You agree that your submissions must be honest, respectful, lawful, and based on your actual experience.

We may remove, limit, or moderate content that is abusive, misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, threatening, promotional, spam-like, or otherwise violates these Terms.

12. Restaurant and Vendor Responsibilities

Restaurants and vendors using Fufu Planet are responsible for maintaining accurate business information, menu details, prices, availability, operating hours, food preparation standards, licenses, permits, taxes, and compliance with all applicable laws.

Fufu Planet may restrict, suspend, or remove restaurant or vendor accounts that provide misleading information, fail to fulfill orders, receive repeated complaints, violate food safety expectations, or misuse the platform.

13. Intellectual Property

Fufu Planet, including its name, logo, design, text, software, graphics, platform features, and other content, belongs to Fufu Planet or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use our content or technology without permission.

Restaurants and vendors may upload or provide content such as images, menus, descriptions, logos, and business information. By providing content to Fufu Planet, they give us permission to use that content to operate, promote, display, and improve the platform.

14. Third-Party Services

Fufu Planet may rely on third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, maps, messaging tools, delivery providers, restaurants, and vendors. We are not responsible for third-party services, their policies, or their actions.

15. Service Availability

We aim to keep Fufu Planet available and working well, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available in every location. Features, restaurants, menus, prices, and service areas may change at any time.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fufu Planet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages related to your use of the platform.

Fufu Planet is not responsible for food quality, food preparation, allergic reactions, delivery delays, restaurant closures, incorrect restaurant information, third-party service failures, or user-submitted errors, except where required by applicable law.

17. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Fufu Planet if we believe a user, restaurant, or vendor has violated these Terms, created risk, engaged in fraud, abused the platform, or caused harm to other users, partners, or Fufu Planet.

18. Privacy

Your use of Fufu Planet is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information. By using Fufu Planet, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we may notify you through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use of Fufu Planet after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
